Pricing questions
- Are there transaction fees?
- No. AA Funnel never takes a cut of your sales on any plan. You pay your payment gateway's own charges (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and the others) and nothing to us per order.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Starter plan is free forever and needs no card. Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial; you are billed only when the trial ends and you decide to stay.
- Which payment methods can my customers use?
- Razorpay brings UPI, net banking, cards, wallets and EMI for Indian buyers. Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, Instamojo, Paddle, Paystack and Xendit are also built in, and every workspace connects its own gateway account.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Indian customers are charged 18% GST on top and receive a tax invoice with our GSTIN; supply a GSTIN of your own to claim input credit.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your funnels, pages, contacts and courses stay where they are. Anything above the new plan's limits is paused, not deleted, until you are back within them.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment. See the refund policy for the details.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes. AA Funnel is source-available and runs on your own server with Postgres or SQLite. The hosted plans exist so you do not have to.
