Pricing questions
- Are there transaction fees?
- No. AA Funnel never takes a cut of your sales on any plan. You pay your payment gateway's own charges (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal and the others) and nothing to us per order.
- How does billing work?
- Every plan is bought by the year. We remind you 30, 7, 1 days before it renews. If it lapses, everything keeps working for 14 days; after that the workspace is read-only until you renew, and nothing is deleted.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every plan starts with a free trial and needs no card to begin.
- What does unlimited actually mean?
- No artificial cap on ordinary use of visits, pages, funnels, products, forms, members, contacts and templates. We do not count them. The Fair Usage Policy says exactly what ordinary use is and what we do about abuse — we throttle and we talk, we never cancel a paid annual plan for usage.
- What is metered, and what happens if I go over?
- Storage, custom domains, emails sent through our sender and automation runs, because each costs us money. At 80% we tell you; at 100% emails through our sender wait in a queue until next month (or go at once through your own sender), and nothing you have built stops working. Ask us for more at any time.
- Which payment methods can my customers use?
- Razorpay brings UPI, net banking, cards, wallets and EMI for Indian buyers. Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, Instamojo, Paddle, Paystack and Xendit are also built in, and every workspace connects its own gateway account.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST. Indian customers are charged 18% GST on top and receive a tax invoice with our GSTIN; supply a GSTIN of your own to claim input credit.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. The first payment of every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for the details.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes. AA Funnel is source-available and runs on your own server with Postgres or SQLite. The hosted plans exist so you do not have to.
